Select Investment Group's Principals, Andrew Strigle and Paul Gabrail, were featured along with Darnell Sanders in the Cleveland Plain Dealer. During 2009, the above principals partnered with Sanders, sole owner of United Assets (www.unitedassetsllc.com), to form ADP Properties, LLC -- a company focused on purchasing and rehabbing single family residential homes in the suburbs of Cleveland.
The article continues to mention the group's goal to reach 100 homes by the end of 2010. After the first 6 months, ADP had already acquired 40 homes and continues to grow strong. ADP plans to rent the properties for the forseeable future. On average, ADP is into each home for under $40,000 while collecting approximately $895 per month in rent.
